Community at Volunteer Landing Marina

The Community at Volunteer Landing Marina consists of more than 100 boat owners and their families, friends & associates who regularly enjoy recreation at the water’s edge; including all the other urban amenities our downtown marina has to offer.

Throughout the week, a good number of the community spend generous amounts of their recreational time at the marina. Many others plan their weekend activities centered on the marina. Recreation at the marina includes watching all the “action” on the water, enjoying relaxing conversation, cruising up and down the river, fishing and much more - including all the shopping, dining and entertainment options that exist just up the hill!
